    Dear Dr Som Prasad

    With regards to your case with the oil entering the anterior chamber .
    During the initial surgery would it not have been worthwhile to place healon GV into the anterior chamber via a paracentesis , manipulating the visoelastic till the oil had been pushed back.
    The resultant IOP spike would have manipulated by tweaking the paracentesis and maximal medication.

    I have similar cases esp in aphakes , and patients with zonular issues where this has worked.
